Description

DZQ-600L/S external vacuum packaging machine, microcomputer control system is used for precise and stable setting of all packing parameters. Long-term stable operating is possible for just one preset. The equipment has a function of vacuuming and filling inert gas and aroma for packing item fresh-keeping and prevent oxidation to achieve a purpose of long-term preservation and prevent volatilization of the aroma.

The user may preset exhaust, gas filling and sealing process as required. The preset packing procedure can be completed by just touching the start button. The operation is very convenient.

It's especially suitable for vacuum packing sealing of large packing bag, such as meat, grain, herbs and other food, medicines, chemicals, oxidation prevention of electronic products, and vacuum sealing of powder goods and other packing volume reducing materials.

Machine equipped with droppable non-power conveyor, the lifting range could be set of 0-700mm according to different packing requirement, which is convenience for operation.

Technical characters

Programmable controller and text display control panel are used. The parameter setting is precise and stable and easy to operate. The work status and equipment operating program are absolutely clear.
Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic element, ensure the running of pneumatic element to be stable and reliable.
Double-cylinder dual-mouth structure is adopted. The exhaust (charge) speed is faster and the work efficiency is higher.
Lift-down conveyor, which is suitable for big item packing, it could reduce the operator's labour intensity, making the packing simple and convenience.
The machine is equipped with emergency stop switch. In case of accident, the operator may press the emergency stop switch at any time to terminate the ongoing work program to make the equipment restore the initial state.
The display and control components on the control panel are in centralized layout to make the equipment work status absolutely clear and facilitate the operation of the machine.
High efficiency and speediness vacuum pump, which reaching high vacuum degree.
The main structure of the machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which ensures its elegant appearance as well as the anticorrosion in harsh caustic environment.
The machine is equipped with heavy-duty mobile caster wheels and sturdy foot with good loading capacity and stability to make it easier as user moving the machine position and the equipment installation more stable.
