What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, 30% of the total amount shall be paid as a deposit before production begins, and the remaining 70% shall be settled before the order is shipped.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for manual tray sealer machines is set at 5 units, whereas a minimum of one unit applies to all other machines.
